WHO INVENTED THE INTERNET AND WHY? WHAT IS THE FIRST PRESENCE IN MY LIFE AND WHERE? WHAT WE DID IN COMPUTER SCIENCE CLUB AT VA TECH; MAR 16, 2010

I learned and began programming in Pascal in 1986; took college level programming my senior year of high school. Back in Va. Tech in the 1980s; us men enjoyed to trade playboy pictures, music, and cool computer programs we wrote using the Apple and MacIntosh. One program made noises while others played audio sound digitized and used as a sequence of events or by "hot keys." We did everything on the computer and I had a Unix system. Many of the programmers had dreams so they created fun things; my dream was a stereo and ultra computer sound. So we would trade, lots of girly things such as models, games, and programs. Then one day, the best programmer and my nerd buddy was transferring or downloading from the Ethernet. He was grabbing a program and I was waiting to copy some sounds he had from TV programs which on a 712Kb disk; requires five or ten disks; some double sided. It cost 20 dollars for a box of 10 disks double sided. So he had two computers trading on the "Ethernet" designed by Apple. Also, we had email during this time in college but I rarely used my email opting to work on my dreams of a super stereo. I have since built my own from parts and am very satisfied with them; also my digital or DSP modulation knowledge is world class. Since then I have moved well past a super stereo and think about satellites mostly but the use of the Ethernet by the best programmer, my often partner at Virginia Tech, is still in my memory. I used to scribble notes all day long; always carrying a pocket tablet. I wrote like crazy; sometimes incoherent and in alien languages about machines, time travel, philosophy, economics, the devil, etc... and then would go back to understand it.

This spy was detected at VA Tech in 1988; and they now wanted satellites. Then in 1989, I had stopped reading the monthly books sent in the mail. I was now needing a computer with classified material or declassified material to conduct research in my field of expertise. I imagined a defense network or government network which classified material could be accessed. I imagined automation and remote or terrestrial machines; I scribbled notes on notepads all day long filling 50 of them a year sometimes. The first contact or clandestine meeting was President Bush in 1989; Ann has the details. Then I would research the best ideas and thoughts; throwing away the remainder. In 1993 while in college, I began to use the college networks and research tools. In 1995 the internet was in full swing and quickly advancing. My first document was from the Agency for International Development, an internal document and report on "Economic Sustainability" by their chief architect and thinker. Economics is one intersection; war and technology is the other intersection points and I developed a method to plot and predict it; never before seen and top secret. When my life was shut down; all my business ideas were stolen overnight and became blue chip stocks the next month; so I let go of it and they felt it was an agreement to become their leader. This is about war, the future of America, and the leaders.

I have since corrected and developed my own architecture based on that document however; my work began in 1989 and only incorporated the goal of sustainability; not the method, theory, ideology, or capacity. From there I accessed newly declassified satellite photos and the CIA-Pentagon satellite program (CORONA). I had the negatives of Cuba in 1962, then blew it up to a poster size. This was declassified in 1995 right on time for my research and thesis which led to my creation of the strategy for satellite warfare based on Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) stratagem and policies. You cannot apply the same thoughts or applications to satellite warfare; however, a complete analysis was made with 200 year life cycle development worked in; total automation. I was studying this period, era, and specific decisions in this region. It is extremely complex and not for a novice or foreigner; it is written for a four star General or a master policy analyst. We did not detect a shadow or spy during college; only odd events but never contact or face to face. I was evicted at least five seven times since 1993. Then one day I woke up and was kidnapped; abducted by something and nobody knew or believed me; I was labeled mentally ill, paranoid, or crazy. Someone had stole all of my work for the past ten years overnight but had not known it was double and even triple encrypted; for my eyes only. I had compacted it so tightly for memory also.

After 1998, the internet turned social and email accounts were used for career or resume building. Also, social networking became widespread and the use of AIM or messengers. Ann and I used AOL often, costing $20 a month for standard service, which was more expensive than Compuserve ($14) or others. I then began trading tech stocks in 1998 due to odd events and being a captive in my own home. Going outside or attending social events in VA-DC became hell and an adventure. So life was not well and someone kept pressuring me or taking "bites." I ignored it and tried to make a come back; in the wireless industry and newly "wireless internet" in 1999; they felt I demanded to be their boss or leader. Everything was taken or stolen but things were not well; I had ideas in wireless and someone was contacting me clandestinely or secretly. They knew I was heavily involved in the internet and got a lot of research from there. I tried a start up and they shut this down also; why? So I laid low and waited two years; finally, I decided to travel and go mobile because show fog of terror shadowed me. Around the US, I would visit libraries and check my email and send out mail.

In 2005, I recovered from a coma and severe injuries; trying to learn how to socialize again or talk. I had a speech problem and could not create a sentence; so typing was good and I would use unanimous names and do things which confused whom was watching me or had done this. The way to do it is to piss them off and listen. I wanted to check and used methods which I developed to easily identify a shadow, a tail, or identify them; I was recuperating or trying to gain my strength, so it annoyed me and I checked often. In mid 2005, I planned and coordinated a move with Ann. My father also bought a new house and was informing me to prepare; I decided on the Canadian border and the security of tracking a tail because I knew they were about to make contact and had to; I would go to them and only give them small chances to draw them out. I had to track them or figure out how to "taint" or "stain" them when I caught or detected it. In other words, we were ready and expecting a major development. We were surprised by who showed up and why; but they got the biggest surprise of all!

I did not invent the internet but I know who did and why. Also the people who actually invented it is the Pentagon and those behind the first computers; they attached computers together in a constellation of communication satellites which I was trained on and also studied down to the transistor and cryogenic amplifier. So we are back to 1998 again but all the lost opportunity and pushing and prodding never got anywhere; they claim we are living their life and I am stuck in some revolutionary black radical or Irishman slime ball life with New Yorkies trying to kiss me or have sex with me in the most disgusting manner. I demand to be paid 515 million for this ordeal and all that was stolen; it will increase if I have to keep complaining and they have the money or why. Now they claim to be the leaders of satellite warfare and my staff; thus, I am harassed all day long and have some union communist calling me a nigger all day. Am I their leader or have I destroyed them? They claim we stole their power, we are living their life, and we are stuck as white and black trash when we are from royalty, very educated, and the other side of the tracks. They did not win or reach the top at light speed; they fell that quickly and why.

Hassan says the US Army is on to us. The tea party radicals say target the IRS or Texas. The criminals say execute the police. The banks say pay your debts; fees; and stop declaring bankruptcy. Rush says the more angry we get, the more irrational. Rove says the relationship was never ever strong. Gore says he invented it all. Sean says it is the labor union and Reagan; his victory tour, this is no time for law suits, it is time for unity. Rush says only to view their positives, ignore their negatives. Sean says sometimes it is better to shut your mouth and try to survive; not open it and try to win. The danger is the lies do not work any longer and based on other people's life. It is not theirs to win or have. I said this is about war, the future of America, and the leaders. I said this is about war, the future of America, and the leaders.

Bonus: might as well close down the FDIC and Fannie Mae; they are not going to recapitalizes anytime soon and headed for collapse. The only other option is to redraft the current revolving mortgages yearly to see who is remaining. Wiring them with internet will help resale them; that is agreed in the wireless industry. My suggestion is to follow my lead; liquidate their assets, go after them, recoup what you can salvage, and place it in the hands of trusted personnel. A crash is imminent and unless some price control is in place; it is over the ridge. If I was in college, I would get with the military and stay with them until this is over; they are built to survive and we are ready (look at the history of Vietnam). I made it clear we will accept their surrender immediately. As a novice king maker, a novice spy catcher, and with an honorable Delti Force apprenticeship; we want to see all new faces; nobody makes it. Sometimes it is better to shut your mouth and try to survive; not open it and try to win. The danger is the lies do not work any longer.
