Karl Rove does not understand who designed the battle plans for the Persian Gulf War. The objective in liberating Kuwait was not to invade Baghdad but to send a warning and destroy 60 to 80 per cent of the Iraqi military. This was achieved and it was such a decisive victory; they would not recover. Exact statistics on the armor capability after 1991 indicate severe and permanent incapacity so nuclear options would be suicide. In other words, when your military is in retreat and your ground forces are only 20 per cent; you do not rearm with nuclear weapons for another round. You must protect from internal forces not external. We know the analysis and the statements are misleading because I had felt a trap in the southern region was the reason why the Republican Guards were in a "static" position and springing a trap. I found out their battle plan was surrounded by deception and it quickly crumbled. It is my opinion the Iraq government was so weak, the US plowed in there with no resistance and then all hell broke out. My ability to plan full circle battle or theater contingencies are highly exact if not too young.
There is a severe lack of knowledge or some missteps. When the US Army went into Baghdad, they were surprise by the small amount of resistance. From Clinton to Bush, there is a outbreak of deception, over confidence, and an assault on America. Following the fall of Baghdad, the only fighting was small arms and the use of IED; there was no air power, no armor, and really nothing to suggest a military was even present still. The same analysis can be made to a chemical weapons program; you will be bombing hardware stores or pharmaceutical companies before you realize what is going on or why. I designed it and much more at a very young age. This idea politicians can play arm chair warriors is not pleasing. They are on a military base, being expelled, and fighting has already erupted with the communist and terrorist forces. They are trying to suggest "helping" and think we are stupid or do not know fighting has already erupted.
