When you read the manual Cyber Warfare HQ produces, they resemble textbooks. If you crack open any college textbook, you will find only the information. Cyber Warfare HQ from 1989 to 1998 scoured through the textbooks with a singular method and goal, to produce a concept called totality. Totality is the fusion of all the data into one manual which allows both the understanding and the scientific method of understanding the world we live in. This chapter should be read and considered before, while, and after reading the manuals.
Let us cover some of the basic and fundamental problems. The book “Economic Sustainability: The Fate of the World By Way Of Insanity” is not the staple of Cyber Warfare HQ; the staple of Cyber Warfare HQ is satellite warfare. “Economic Sustainability: The Fate Of The World By Way of Insanity” is only a side project and also a prelude to the manuals on satellite warfare. The problem with satellite warfare is the background needed in both computer science and electrical engineering, which Cyber Warfare HQ is a subject matter expert. Cyber Warfare HQ has hands on experience with the most expensive satellite technology on earth and the rigorous background in computer science allowed for the introduction of military science to the puzzle. The manuals on satellite warfare are produced from scratch with no textbook references or knowledge base of any previous author. It is the sole work of Cyber Warfare HQ to develop, test, and produce manuals towards this end covering many facets to this ending point.
When you read the manuals, you will see the expertise which was the methodology of the manuals. You will begin to see and feel the problems which Cyber Warfare HQ went through as bad actors attacked The School of Supreme Commanders. The manual repeats, reiterates, and emphasizes the fundamentals over and over purposefully in order to hone in the precision of analysis. It is a valuable commodity to keep these fundamentals in mind when reading each chapter as this is the voice of each chapter. Let us cover the fundamentals.
We live in a world of both diminishing returns and diminishing resources. As scarcity interacts with population increases, the basic goal of all civilizations is to be able to feed its populous among several other survival needs. Population increases produce a textbook concept called political development. Political development is the need for increased social programs and the taxing effect it has on any economy.
We live in a world where freedom is desired by each and every human being. The problem is the inability to get it right and the duality of saying the same things but having ulterior motives. The forces left and right in the arena of global actors say and do the exact same things but have two separate and distinct goals. The manual points out this goal which is also the most important and controversial concept ever introduced to the history of mankind. This goal is called “sustainable development.”
The market system is a system of forces which rule over the global economy. It is a huge concept and a difficult one to understand. There is a lot of arguing and bickering about financial matters. The market system determines global events and no other. Militaries and governments are merely a product of the market system. Take away the market system and the militaries and governments will magically disappear.
The market system is the basis of freedom in the world. It has laws built in similar to the science of physics and cannot be altered beyond the laws. These laws allow for the process of reversibility and also manufacture as if it were another science matter. The most interesting aspect of the market system is its ability to be a perpetual motion machine. A perpetual motion machine has a higher output then the input variables. Agriculture is considered a perpetual motion model and it has similar facets to overcome the problems with sustainability; such as land degradation, soil depletion, drought and natural disaster, and invasion of insects.
The market system is the freest system in the world. It is the freest system because it has a built in concept called consent. Consent is merely the willful choice over matters. The market systems produce consumer choices and ask the answers in a consensual manner. However, there are a lot of bad actors and actors who have ruined the credibility of the market system with ulterior motives. The most notable product which the market system produces is greed. Greed can be good and it can be very bad when taken to extremes. It is the single motive of the market system. Bad actors in a market system are dealt with through competitive reason; however, this competition can produce a level of insanity and violence like no other. Competition and greed produces predatorily motivated behavior and the search for victims.
Everybody who lives in a market system in one way or another is living under the forces of repression. The repression can be of many different forms from fiscal responsibility, reproduction, education, inequality, and a host of other things. However, the most repressive force in any market system is excellence. The market system produces standards and the competitive drive towards higher standards of excellence. The bad actors in the market system seek a reprisal on the system of excellence. One of the most ostensible reprisals in economic history was to remove consent from the market system and also the removal of the system of excellence. There were several very effective ways to remove the system of excellence from the market system. The first was to seek the weakest answers to all the problems as it has the most widespread appeal and popularity. The second most effective way to remove the system of excellence is to remove ethics from the market system. By removing a system of consent, freedom, and truth; bad actors were able to weaken and instill pain on their subjects. This widespread practice produced a lot of bad movements and fueled the favor of criminal enterprises to attack the system of excellence by incurring the disfavor of repression.
Criminal enterprises exist in the market system. It is a constant process of weeding and weakening the criminal enterprises. A very austere method of obtaining what is desired by a criminal enterprise is to defy, ignore, and neglect the laws built into the market system. These laws emphasize scarcity and the need to feed the population. The criminal enterprise will come up with ingenious methods to generate unlimited opportunity through criminal behavior and schemes. This creates a lot of anxiety to the system which is already under the repression of overt excellence.
The market system does not understand or need governments. Governments are formed as human interactions produce this need; furthermore, the greed and malfeasance of bad actors create the intervention of government forces to uphold the principles of the market system. Most import of the goal is long term planning and economic sustainability. Long term economists understand the fear of scarcity and the repression of excellence, along with the pressure which drives people to act cunning, clever, and clandestine.
As the formula for global struggle is developing, the mystery behind the struggles of mankind reveals itself. This struggled is termed the engine of man killing man, a similar concept described by the English Philosopher Thomas Hobbes as “every man is each other man’s potential murderer.” This cycle of struggle and violence, what historians describe as a 30 year cycle of revolution, are points of conversion and collision has environmental factors trigger innate instincts. These innate instincts are purely a DNA structure of genera and families. These innate instincts are also prevalent in all living creatures in the wild and include characteristics such as breeding behavior, territory behavior, predatorial behavior, parenting, diet, and a host of other sociological features.
These powerful concepts come together into the singular. The singular is the engine of man killing man; similarly, the political, religious, and economic factors which transpires through the history of mankind. Mankind is comparable to all other living creatures because of the two fundamental innate desires; to forage for food and to reproduce. However, what differentiates man from all other living creatures are the interactions and the relationship of human communications.
The manual attempts to highlight the painful interactions of the market system. It has both positive and negative consequences which overwhelms it and has created both strife and struggle on the global scene. In both understanding and noticing these painful interactions, the strategy for coping with and eliminating it becomes a very reverberating thought of many.
The book covers many different aspects of this struggle. It examines power and authority, how it is derived and how it is developed. It examines political systems and forces within any political system. It looks at history and the development of the struggles which have outlasted the movements which introduced it as well as the movements which have survived. In the end, the manual presents the power of conclusion and the force of merit. The market system is freedom and freedom is the sole purpose in life overpowering any other achievement any group, civilization, or political force can contradict.
It is this freedom and its market forces which then presents a collision course of human kind. The collision course spells disaster if left unattended. In order to be diligent to the situation and to the struggle of mankind, the book and manual asks the individual to choose who they wish to be. Crisis has the incredible power of attracting two certain elements, the best and the worst. These two elements engage in a game of repression inherently contained in all political systems. This repression has been described by many social scientists as inequality; however, this manual takes a different approach and attacks the issue with a different approach. Inequality as a science is discussed with the thermodynamic law of entropy and the scientific method of reversibility. Reversibility is significant in quantum, thermodynamic, and chemical engineering.
This book does not make any attempt to rewrite history although the book criticizes history with vehement pestilence. It is the responsibility of the reader to digest the information, to disseminate who they wish to be or become and to make the effort to define the paths which only the individual has any control over. Keep in mind, politicians are motivated by madness and come running when there is crisis. The question to ask is who is running.
Is centralization a good answer to the problem? Not necessarily, whenever a system of repression and influence is established, you will create fertile ground for coercions and even sabotage. People do not like repression regardless of whether it is for the right or the wrong reasons. In such, bad actors will find new and clever ways to weaken and maybe even remove the need for repression. Similarly, the market economy is a form of repression as described. Individuals who have an axe to grind with the market system will inherently weaken it and formulate a system of injustice as history has shown to be so prevalent. The problem with Western Civilization is it always starts off wrong and then it waits for the delivery of something very basic, freedom.
If centralization is not the answer, then is localism the answer? All politics is considered local and all debt is considered federal. Localism has a tendency to produce a “peculiarity” and peculiarity is behind both corruption and malfeasance. The answer is the chapter on efficiency, however, when you have a system with layers upon layers of bureaucracies, you will never achieve an efficient model nor will you acquire the mindset for an efficient culture.
It is well known how criminal enterprises and terrorist groups seek the objective of the macro level. When the word macro is used, it pertains to centralization. These groups make an assault and seek the goal to achieve control, command, communication, intelligence, and influence over the macro levels. Centralized power has several advantages over all other systems. Centralized power has a vast amount of resources, vast amounts of manpower, and vast chains of command in case of emergencies. The need for centralization is a level of urgency. The characteristic of the group cohesion and organization hints to a level of control and influence like no other. To achieve such power means a degree of leverage which is dangerously fragile. If overpowered and overran, centralized powers transmit emergency contingency plans and signal for other forces. The author of this book is part of this contingency plan.
Another final note is the term sustainability. Sustainability is simply another verbose way of saying profitability. Although similar yet different from each other, sustainability is the absence of the negative aspects of profit. Profit contains opportunism, ambition, and unlimited greed. Those negative aspects work to destroy the continual profit of sustainability. Therefore, the use of sustainability to replace the meaning of profitability is a grammatical error.
This fate, as described by the book, is the fate of the world and the method to get there is the way of insanity. It is the wish of the author to present a thoughtful and educational benefit which will change every aspect of how the reader views or understands the world we live in and to keep this vision within the sight and within the desire of the fate of the world. Every soul on earth lives under one form of repression or another. Let us hope the system of repression we live under is for the right reasons. If indeed there is an answer to both inequality and poverty, then let it be also for the right reasons. History deserves it and history demands it as we approach a formidable and everlasting inevitability.
